During this workshop, alongside various artistic techniques, there will also be space for conversations about coping with emotions, for visualizations and for relaxation techniques. This will be your moment to breathe and create without expectations. During the workshops we will pause to listen to ourselves. Start: Friday, 10.04.2026, 17:00–19:00 Place: in-person meetings at the BezStresu Institute Duration: 3 meetings, held weekly, each lasting 120 minutes Price: 399 zł Workshop led by: MA Natalia Ostromęcka – psychologist, career coach and personal development trainer. At the BezStresu Institute she works with children, adolescents and adults. She helps build self-awareness, identify personal abilities and resources, and cope with difficulties. Why join? You will learn and try various emotion-regulation techniques, including art therapy methods.
