LUBUSKIE - LAND OF WINE, MUŻAKOWSKI PARK AND THE TRAIL OF WOODEN CHURCHES OF THE KOZŁO REGION Program of the trip: DAY 1 — 08.05.2026 (FRIDAY) Coach pick-up at 6:00 at Emilii Plater Street by the Palace of Culture, at the bus stop opposite the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw; departure at 6:10. Transfer to Zielona Góra. Guided tour of the city: Palm House, St. Hedwig's Church, Old Market Square. Museum of the Lubusz Land — exhibition "Heritage and Modernity": presentation of the region's history (over 400 m², six exhibition modules; the first part from the 10th to the end of the 18th century). Wine Museum — the only permanent exhibition in Poland dedicated to the history of winemaking and wine culture. Free time for lunch (on your own). Transfer to the hotel, check-in, overnight stay. DAY 2 — 09.05.2026 (SATURDAY) Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Mużakowski Park — guided tour of the park located on the Polish-German border, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List; parts of the parks are connected by the English Bridge and the Double Bridge. Free time. Visit to a winery — tour combined with wine tasting; possibility to purchase products. Return to the hotel, overnight stay. DAY 3 — 10.06.2026 (SUNDAY) Breakfast, check-out. Transfer to Kosieczyn: Church of the Holy Apostles Simon and Jude Thaddeus — most likely founded in 1389, one of the oldest wooden churches in Poland. Transfer to Klępsk: Church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary — built between 1367–1377; in 2017 recognized as a Historic Monument; an example of Gothic-Renaissance architecture. Transfer to Świebodzin: we will see, among others, the world's largest statue of Christ the King, the Market Square with the Town Hall, and the Czesław Niemen bench. Regional Museum in Świebodzin — guided tour: the exhibition "History of the town and region" presents the area's history from prehistoric times to the post-war period and modern traditions of trade and crafts, repatriations and population influx after the war. Free time at the market for a meal (on your own). Planned return to Warsaw around 22:00–23:00. Price includes: Accommodation: 2 x overnight stay in a 3/4* hotel, double rooms. Meals: 2 x breakfast.
