Headmovement is the heart of zouk – but without solid technique it doesn’t truly exist. During this intensive weekend: • we will organize and review the foundations of headmovement • we will focus on consciously building movement from the body’s center • we will understand the relationship between control, flow and safety • we will move from technique to quality and musicality This is a compendium of knowledge for level P4/S1 – a perfect step up to a higher level of movement awareness. It will be technical, but also very danceable. There will be precision and room for your own style.
