The Instrument Fair, culminating each year the Mazurkas of the World Festival in Warsaw, is not only an exhibition of instruments but first and foremost a multicolored carnival — a celebration that gives rise to an informal, creative network of artists. We invite exhibitors from Poland, Europe and around the world presenting instruments: traditional luthier-made historical reconstructed author creations We will also host: people who repair instruments tuners collectors musicians researchers musicologists museum specialists We combine the exhibition of acoustic instruments with: concerts workshops lectures showcases theater spontaneous music children’s events We present traditional instruments, innovative designs and diverse musical directions. In previous years we hosted over 120 instrument makers from 10 European countries. We want the number of participants to grow in future editions. ABOUT INSTRUMENT FAIR Musical Instruments Fair, which is the culminating element of the Mazurkas of the World Festival every year, is a colorful carnival that fosters an informal, creative network of artists. In previous years, we hosted over 120 instrument makers from 10 European countries. We hope this event will grow even richer in the coming years. The 15th edition Targowisko Instrumentow Exhibition will take place on 26.04.2025 between 11am and 6pm at the Kręglicki Fortress (Forteca Kręgliccy), Zakroczymska 11, Warsaw, Poland.
