BCP SETTINGS: Pairing: Tournament Points -> Path to Victory -> Random. Standings: Tournament Points -> Path to Victory -> Tournament Points SOS -> Victory Points -> Extended Opponent Win %. Points: Win = 3 pts / Draw = 1 pt / Loss = 0 pts. TOP 8 FORMAT: After round 4 there is a cut to TOP 8. The best 8 players are separated from the rest for Sunday rounds. TOP 8: play 3 rounds on Sunday for the top 8 places. This is a "new tournament" – the swiss results do not matter. In the Path to Victory tiebreaker, the loser of the final gets silver, and the bronze match is between players who won round 1 of the top 8 but lost round 2. Remaining players: play 2 rounds on Sunday for places 9+, league points and honor. CHESS CLOCK: Using a clock is recommended but optional (if both players decline it). Time: 2h 15min per round (including table finding and result entry). We recommend setting 55 min per player. If player A requests a long rules explanation from player B, player B may ask that it be done on player A's time. No result entered in BCP after time: both players lose 0-0. Time issues: report to judges immediately during the game. Manewr judges: when playing their own match, they pause the clock while judging others. MODELING REQUIREMENTS: Painting at minimum Battle Ready level: warhammer-community In short: every surface should be painted an appropriate color. If you plan something unusual (e.g. grey models as "sculptures"), send photos for approval one week before the tournament. In case of "cheeky" entries, the organizer may refuse the team.
