I invite you to a workshop dedicated to the breath that will help you discover how to fully use your breathing and make it an ally in everyday life. The workshop combines ancient yogic wisdom with modern knowledge from respiratory physiotherapy. As civilization has progressed and factors such as environmental pollution, chronic stress and lack of physical activity have taken effect, we increasingly breathe in ways that are not natural or correct. Fortunately, there are proven methods drawing from yogic pranayama, Professor Buteyko’s approaches and osteopathic knowledge that allow correction of these habits. Restoring correct breathing is the key to better oxygenation of cells, more effective removal of metabolic waste products and strengthening immunity. What will you gain by participating in the workshop? Deeper understanding of your breathing: you will learn to breathe consciously and recognize breathing patterns that may limit you. Improved lung function: thanks to physiotherapeutic techniques you will strengthen respiratory muscles and increase lung capacity. Stress and tension reduction: you will learn breathing techniques that calm the nervous system and help with falling asleep. Increased energy and vitality: correct breathing is key to better oxygenation of the body and higher energy levels. You will learn techniques that will lift you up like a morning espresso. Tools for independent practice: you will receive practical tips and simple exercises that you can include in your daily routine. Better posture and mobility: we will focus on the role of breathing in maintaining correct body posture and releasing tension in the chest and abdominal area. For whom is the workshop? For everyone. Please inform the instructor if you are pregnant, just after pregnancy, have had abdominal surgery or if you have asthma. Note: Do not eat heavy meals 2–3 hours before the workshop; it is best to eat lightly that day. Bring water at room temperature or warm. Time and place: 16 May 2026, 14:00–18:00. Samadhi Yoga, ul.
