
GROUP FOR YOUNG PEOPLE ON THE THRESHOLD OF ADULTHOOD!!! Planned especially for you — young people aged 20 plus who sometimes use psychoactive substances. We invite you to group meetings that will help you cope better in life without relying on substances. SO YOU WANT TO WANT. The group will be a place to get to know yourself and others. We will work on expanding self-awareness and getting to know your own needs, feelings, boundaries and values. Topics include: Communication – about listening and talking; Praise and criticism and their impact on our lives; Assertiveness – how to take care of yourself without harming others; Something about rights and responsibilities; Shrink or grow – change, goals and personal development; Overcoming one's own resistance and feelings of helplessness; Strategies for accessing your own resources – building yourself; Understanding, using and transcending family legacy; Motivation – how to encourage yourself to act and how to carry it out effectively; How to cooperate and avoid unnecessary conflicts; Being a leader for yourself, i.e. caring for continuous life quality improvement; Points of support, i.e. where and how to seek help and support; How to live without artificial calming or stimulation?; How to enjoy the here and now without needing to escape or numb yourself. We face many hours of active work with ourselves and with others. WE INVITE YOU TO GROUP MEETINGS. 📅 Classes will start after the group is formed. We plan that this will be 23 February 2026. ⏰ We will meet once a week on Mondays 17:00–20:00 / 20:30. ⏰ We also plan 2 Saturday meetings (10:00–16:00). 📅 Exact dates of weekend meetings will be announced by 18 February 2025. 📅 We expect the group meetings to end at the beginning of July. 📞 Interested persons please call the C.E.L.
