We invite you to participate in the 31st edition of the Nationwide Congress of Student Historians – a national conference aimed at history students and doctoral candidates. The event will take place at the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw, at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, from 18–22 May 2026. The Nationwide Congress of Student Historians is the largest event of its kind in the country, aimed at presenting and popularizing research results conducted by young practitioners of historical sciences. The Congress provides a space for the exchange of ideas, discussion and integration of the academic community of historians from various centers across Poland. As in previous editions, the conference will not be limited to a single topic, era or research trend — the panels over five days will cover all historical periods. We invite submissions of papers covering broadly understood history, in all its dimensions and research perspectives. The event programme includes conference panels, scholarly debates, expert lectures and also integrative activities. The Congress is organized in cooperation with the Association of Student History Circles. The call for submissions for panel and debate participants is planned for late January and early February 2026. When announced, the submission form and detailed information on submission rules will be made available. An organizational guide containing all key information related to participation in the event will also be published soon. We will continuously publish further announcements, updates and details regarding the programme and accompanying events. We encourage you to follow our information channels. See you in Warsaw!
