CENTER FOR PERSONAL AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT “HERE AND NOW” IN NOWE KAWKOWO VOCAL WORKSHOP – “DISCOVER YOUR VOICE” VOICE LAB Led by: OLGA SZWAJGIER Join a vocal workshop for beginners with Olga Szwajgier — a world-renowned soprano and creator of a unique voice-work method. The workshop aims to find your personal sound, teach effortless vocal production, and work with breath, imagination, and the body. Beginner classes focus on sound work and correct vocal production, not on interpreting specific musical material. What to expect: - Discovering your own individuality and expression through sound - Learning vocal production and voice-handling techniques - Working towards a free, natural tone (the voice as an instrument of the whole body) - Relaxation and breathing exercises, diction and posture work - Coping with stage fright, building confidence and connection with emotions - Using the voice in communication and as a tool for stress management Course program (selected items): - Introduction to Olga Szwajgier’s voice work method - Learning a specific vocal production and working on conscious tone - Getting to know your vocal possibilities - Basic sound; sound and diction based on the whole instrument that is the human being - The voice as a foundation of good communication - Healing role of sound, importance of imagination and relaxation About the instructor briefly: Olga Szwajgier — a world-renowned soprano, teacher, author of the “Voice Laboratory” method, with stage and teaching experience (including the Higher School of Theatre in Kraków). She has numerous premieres and performances at international festivals and recordings. She runs an independent vocal school based in Kraków. DATE: 25–26 April 2026 HOURS: Saturday 11:00–18:00, Sunday 10:00–16:00 WORKSHOP FEE: 650 PLN (deposit 150 PLN) LOCATION: Warsaw Note: Participants arrange accommodation and meals on their own. The organizer reserves the right to adjust accommodation, meal and workshop prices depending on currency exchange rates and official inflation indicators. Szwajgier 25-26.IV.2026”. 5) The deposit is refundable no later than 30 days before the workshop start; a 20 PLN administrative fee will be deducted on refund. The deposit cannot be transferred to another workshop. 6) On request we issue a VAT invoice — please provide NIP when paying the deposit. The invoice will be issued no later than the last day of the month in which the workshop ended. 7) The remainder of the fee should be paid in cash just before the workshop starts, upon arrival. 8) The workshop is proprietary; the instructor may introduce minor program changes due to group process. 9) In case of resignation during the classes, the workshop fee will not be refunded. Participants describe the process as opening, relaxing and supportive in finding a natural, authentic voice.
