With us you can still count on lush greenery, intense flower colors and sweet fragrances. Certainly you don't need to book plane tickets for these trips. We invite you to the Greenhouse of the University of Warsaw Botanical Garden. 📅 Walk dates: weekends, 13:00 – 14:00 We will get to know, among others: plants that climb and grow in tree crowns in search of light (vines, including the mighty Aristolochia) cacti and euphorbias from the dry regions of South America and Africa ferns and epiphytic plants on artificial rocks (e.g. Asplenium nidus, Platycerium alcicorne, Selenicereus) rare exotic useful plants: ginger (Zingiber officinale), coffee (Coffea arabica), avocado (Persea americana), passionflower (Passiflora) and others 📍 Meeting place: Conference Room of the Garden (serves as the TICKET OFFICE in winter). 🎟️ No registration required. Capacity is limited – 20 people. To take part in the walk you must purchase an entrance ticket to the Garden. ⏱️ Walks last about 1 hour. 📅 In the winter season the greenhouses of the University of Warsaw Botanical Garden are open (from November 8) – on weekends and public holidays from 11:00 – 16:00. The TICKET OFFICE is open until 15:20 and is located in the Conference Room. The greenhouses can be visited until 16:00. 🎫 The exhibition in the winter Garden is open from November 8 – daily except Wednesdays from 16:00 - 21:00. See you!
