Służewski Dom Kultury and the EuroJAZZ Foundation invite you to the “Good Jazz by the Dolinka” concert series! Anna Serafińska – professor of popular singing, university lecturer, possessor of absolute pitch. Called the “McFerrin in a skirt,” a vocalist with an uncommon ease and the ability to treat the voice instrumentally. Unlike most singers, she can build her scat improvisations based on the harmony of the pieces, not only their melodies. She has several original albums to her name, including “Chopin Trio,” featuring innovative arrangements of Chopin’s compositions for voice, piano and drums. This program is characterized by an unusual lineup, an unconventional approach to the classics, and charming, sensitive, and artistically virtuosic performances of masterpieces of Polish music. Accompanying the artist: - Cezary Konrad — jazz drummer, regarded as an iconic artist. - Rafał Stępień — pianist with phenomenal musicality, improvisational skills and dazzling technique.
