MODULE I: RETURN TO YOURSELF – TO YOUR BODY, HEART AND ESSENCE. LEAD BY: PREM TANMAYA (ALEXANDRA SOPHIA) These are workshops for every woman who feels: “My life means something more. There is a force in me just waiting for Awakening”. The “Shakti Soul” workshop series is a Sacred Journey rooted in contemporary Tantra for women – a love letter to femininity, sisterhood and Soul Awakening. The sessions are led by Prem Tanmaya – a respected international tantra teacher from the Tantra Essence school of Ma Ananda Sarita, a transformative guide devoted to the Awakening of Femininity. Her approach blends tantric embodiment, feminine mysticism and deep meditation with joy and love. For years she has guided women to discover authentic living, transformation and deep love through tantric practices. During the workshops, in a safe and loving space, women will be able to reconnect with the power, beauty, intuition and wisdom of femininity through embodied, transformative tantric practices. This journey is an invitation to return to Yourself: to your body, inner wisdom and your unique Shakti energy – and to learn how to live with this embodied feminine truth in everyday life. Together we will create a field of sisterhood – women who heal, feel and grow together. The workshop series consists of three independent modules and you may attend them in any order. No prior preparation is required. Description: This module is a return to your body, heart and feminine essence. It supports women who feel disconnected from life energy, overwhelmed or overly self-critical. Through embodiment practices, emotional release and heart-based sisterhood, you reconnect with your heart and love for your body. You begin to reconcile with your ancestors and the woman you are. Tenderness and belonging return — you no longer have to carry everything alone. Practices: somatic awakening, movement, breath, tantric embodiment.
