Series of workshops for mothers of children in nursery and preschool age Motherhood is a vast love, but also fatigue, doubts and many emotions that mothers rarely have space to talk about. It is about rediscovering oneself. The idea for the workshops grows from my own experience. I want to create a place with you where we can pause, breathe and meet other mothers. In a safe atmosphere we will talk about what often remains unspoken. During the meetings we will work on topics including: - the archetype of the Great Mother and its meaning in the experience of motherhood - guilt and the pressure to be a “good mother” – how to recognize your own boundaries - fatigue and overload – how to regain contact with yourself and your needs - femininity beyond the role of mother - integrating different parts of yourself as a woman and a mother The meetings take the form of a circle and a psychological workshop using tools from process-oriented psychology. A few words about me: Paulina Wielgopolan — I am a mother, psychologist and psychotherapist with clinical experience gained e.g. in hospitals and mental health clinics. I work in the process-oriented psychology approach. In my work I also draw on myths and symbolism, and I immerse myself in the realm of dreams, seeking meanings and resources hidden in human experience. I am under ongoing supervision.
