Kątna 1 (breakfast stop) Details of the trip: Podlesice: short hike and ascent to Zborów Mountain (Berkowa Góra, 467 m a.s.l.) — a viewpoint and an important climbing area. Distance approx. 2.5 km, time approx. 1.5 h, elevation +93 m / -90 m. Ostrężnik: transfer and walk to Twardowski's Gate (limestone rock bridge). The name was given by the poet Zygmunt Krasiński. Zrębice: visit the shingle-roofed Church of St. Giles (from 1789) and further hike through the Sokole Góry reserve — a complex of limestone hills covered with beech forest, with karst formations and caves (the highest hill Puchacz, 402 m a.s.l.). Biakło Mountain (340 m a.s.l.): a rocky outcrop shaped like a comb, called Little Giewont or Jurassic Giewont. Olsztyn: tour of the 14th-century castle ruins, with walls of the residential part, towers (cylindrical and square), fragments of utility buildings, cellars and the foundations of a smithy and traces of bloomery furnaces. Distance approx. 8 km, time approx. 2.5 h, elevation +134 m / -157 m. After the tour: lunch (extra charge). The specialty of the Jura are trout prepared in various ways.
