Anna Dżabagina – PhD, historian of literature, assistant professor at the Department of Cultural Studies at SWPS University and Fulbright fellow at Columbia University. Member of the Research Group on the History and Identities of LGBT+ at the University of Warsaw, and also of the Program Council of QueerMuzeum. Lecturer in Postgraduate Gender Studies at the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences and in the master's program “Gender and Sexuality” at the University of Warsaw. Recipient of the START Scholarship from the Foundation for Polish Science, finalist of the Poznań Literary Award – Barańczak Scholarship. Author of the monograph Kalkowska. Biogeography (Gdańsk 2020), she has published, among others, in "Teksty Drugie", "Pamiętnik Literacki" and "Czas Kultury". She is currently working on a book devoted to sapphic works by Polish, Russian and Ukrainian modernist women and a queer biography of Narcyza Żmichowska. Kornelia Sobczak – PhD in cultural studies (her doctoral dissertation written at the Institute of Polish Culture at the University of Warsaw concerned Kamienie na szaniec), publicist, co-author of the book Chopinowskie igrzysko. The History of the International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition 1927–2015 (WUW 2020), author of chapters in collective monographs (including Traces of the Holocaust in the Imaginary of Polish Culture, Non-normative Histories of Poland, Nasz Dom 1919–2019. Social pedagogy, city and childhood in the practice of Nasz Dom and volumes of the Topo-graphies series, devoted to Warsaw in the works of Polish writers), scholarly and non-scholarly articles. Editor of the monthly "Dialog", and previously of sports services. Curator (together with Weronika Parfianowicz) of the series of talks and lectures on the climate catastrophe "Before the End" (2019–2024). Member of the Research Team on Memory of the Holocaust and the Urban Studies Lab at IKP UW. She comes from Kołobrzeg and lives in Warsaw.
