Vajra Dance on the mandala is a special Dzogchen method used to develop the capacity for contemplation in movement. Movement here is understood not only as bodily movement but also as the movement of inner energy and thought. The gentle and precise form of the Vajra Dance and the sounds of chanted syllables synchronized with it create unique conditions for our mind. We can experience deep relaxation and pleasure that arise together with spontaneously occurring presence and mindfulness. Leader: Izabela Jaroszewska — an authorized Vajra Dance teacher. She holds a doctorate in film arts and works as an academic teacher in Italy. After meeting Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 2006 she began learning the Vajra Dance. Since 2014 she has produced many films about the Vajra Dance, including “The Vajra Dance That Benefits Beings” (available on YouTube DzogchenTV), and in 2016 she co-created a video guide for learning the Vajra Dance (Shang Shung Publications).
